Job Summary

This position oversees the customer service team on the teller line in a branch sales location. The Customer Service Manager provides guidance to the Customer Service Representatives and Service Bankers, and works to enhance the level of distinctive service provided to our customers. This position refers customers to other areas of Bank Five Nine as appropriate.

Required Education and Experience

 High school diploma or G.E.D.
 A minimum of 6 months of experience in retail banking environment
 

Preferred Experience

Preferred Experience
 Bachelors degree.
 Coaching/training experience.
 Experience with supervision or leadership of retail banking activities.
 Audit/compliance expertise.
 New accounts experience.
