The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing cash receipts and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures. The Customer Service Representative’s primary objective is to build customer confidence and trust by performing transactions in an accurate and professional manner. This position also refers customers to other products and services of Bank Five Nine as appropriate.
This Full-time position will share time between our Grafton and Glendale branches and averages 38-40 hours per week. This position requires availability between the hours of 8:15am and 5:45pm weekdays and a minimum of 2 Saturday mornings per month.
$1000 Hiring Bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment in a satisfactory status.
