The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing cash receipts and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures. The Customer Service Representative’s primary objective is to build customer confidence and trust by performing transactions in an accurate and professional manner. This position also refers customers to other products and services of Bank Five Nine as appropriate.
This Full-time position in our Brown Street branch averages 38-40 hours per week and requires availability between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15pm weekdays and a minimum of 2 Saturday mornings per month.
