Job Summary

The position of Mortgage Loan Operations Manager is responsible for management, supervision and direction of the mortgage loan operations department.  The Mortgage Loan Operation Manager's primary objective is to protect the lending assets of the Bank through organizing, planning and directing all operations of the department.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of progressively more responsible experience in a loan operations environment.
  • A minimum of three years of supervisory and/or training experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of lending practices including secondary market conforming and FHA, VA, and USDA lending, loan operations and servicing requirements.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal lending regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Possesses basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years supervisory experience in a loan operations environment.
  • Working knowledge of Encompass and Optimal Blue software.
