Commercial Loan Processor

Location:

• This is an on-site position located at our Corporate headquarters in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

Must Have’s:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• At least two years of experience in a banking environment with one year in commercial loan processing or loan servicing.

Nice to Have’s:

• SBA processing experience
• Experience with LaserPro

A Day in the Life:

• Compiles and types loan documents for commercial loans with an emphasis on SBA loans.
• Assembles and verifies accuracy of loan documentation.
• Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data.
• Updates hazard insurance as required.
• Types adverse action forms in a timely manner.
• Maintains new and renewed loan files. Performs a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures. Orders all documents as appropriate.
• Assists with year-end requirements as needed.
• Ensures compliance with State and Federal laws, regulations and Bank policies and procedures.
• Provides distinctive customer service to internal and external customers by responding to phone calls/e-mail inquiries regarding commercial loan processing in a friendly, professional manner.
