- 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
- 2 c. flour
- 3 ½ t. baking powder
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 t. salt
- ½-1 c. sugar
- 3 c. sliced peaches or other fruit (you can also combine fruits)
- Preheat oven to 350
- Melt butter in 9×13 pan. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, 2 c. sugar, milk, & salt.
- Pour mixture over melted butter. Place fruit over batter. Sprinkle fruit with additional 1/2-1 c. sugar to desired sweetness.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
