Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 ½ t. baking powder
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 t. salt
  • ½-1 c. sugar
  • 3 c. sliced peaches or other fruit (you can also combine fruits)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Melt butter in 9×13 pan. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, 2 c. sugar, milk, & salt.
  3. Pour mixture over melted butter. Place fruit over batter. Sprinkle fruit with additional 1/2-1 c. sugar to desired sweetness.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
