The Overview

We’ve updated the way you pay your Bank Five Nine loan. As of July 1, 2024, the BillMatrix service tool will no longer accept Bank Five Nine loan payments. Customers who currently use BillMatrix will need to enroll in our online banking to make your loan payments. This upgrade affects payments made from either a Bank Five Nine deposit account or a deposit account outside of Bank Five Nine.

Benefits of this upgrade include:

  • Loan billing statements available anytime
  • 1098 mortgage interest statements available anytime
  • Mortgage payment history available anytime
  • Loan term details and balance located in one spot

Loan payment set up steps:

  • Enroll in Bank Five Nine online banking at bankfivenine.com/register
  • After you enroll, log in to set up your loan payments at bankfivenine.com/consumerlogin
  • Select “Make a Loan Payment” from the navigation menu
  • Select “Click Here” to add a new Payment From Account (external account can be a checking, savings or money market account)
  • Enter the external account information
  • Validate the external account micro deposits – the system will send two micro deposits to your external account within 24 – 48 hours. When you receive these micro deposits, log into the new payment system and validate the amounts under the Manage External Accounts section, (Note – the micro-deposits will expire in 10 days)
  • Schedule your external loan payment(s)
