Official Contest Rules
Entry:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. By submitting the form each entrant agrees to the official rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements in the official rules.
Eligibility:
This giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents, residing in the U.S. and over the age of 18. Bank Five Nine employees (past and present) and Directors of Bank Five Nine, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Odds of winning will be based on the number of submissions.
General:
If for any reason the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Bank Five Nine reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway drawing. In such event, no prize will be awarded. Bank Five Nine also reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice.
No obscenities, profanity or making any comments that are illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory or harmful on our pages. Posts that appear to be illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory or harmful will be deleted and the users who are posting such messages or photos may be blocked and removed.
No spamming. Repeated messages and blasts disrupt the value of the social media community conversations. Posts that appear to be spam will be deleted and the users who are posting spam messages may be blocked. Bank Five Nine in its solitary judgment reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Recipient will be announced in email within 3 days of the winner determination date. Unless otherwise specified, the prize will be mailed. When mailed, Bank Five Nine is not responsible for delay in delivery or for lost mail. If winner would rather pick item up at a Bank Five Nine branch, this can be arranged. Inability to contact a winner within 5 business days will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

All entries become the property of Bank Five Nine. Bank Five Nine reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
