Official Contest Rules – Bank Five Nine State Fair Main Stage Ticket Giveaway
Entry
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To participate, entrants must complete the designated entry form corresponding to their chosen Wisconsin State Fair Main Stage concert. By entering, each participant agrees to these official rules and confirms that their submission complies with all stated requirements.
Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the U.S. and over the age of 18. Bank Five Nine employees (past and present), Directors of Bank Five Nine, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to win. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
General
If for any reason the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Bank Five Nine reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway drawing. In such an event, no prize will be awarded. Bank Five Nine also reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice.
Entrants must not submit any content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harmful. Bank Five Nine, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules. All decisions made by Bank Five Nine regarding the contest are final.
No spamming is allowed. Repeated or disruptive entries may be deleted, and users posting such content may be disqualified or blocked.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via email. The prize will be delivered digitally via the email provided on the entry form. Tickets will be sent directly by Etix within a few days of notification.
Important: Winner must redeem your tickets within 14 days of receiving them.
If the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days, or if the tickets are not redeemed within the stated time, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
Prize
A set of tickets for each concert will be given.
One winner per concert.
Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Wisconsin State Fair Main Stage concert of the winner’s choice (based on entry selection).
Tickets will be sent electronically to the email address used to enter the contest. No physical tickets will be mailed.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Use of Contest Information
All entries become the property of Bank Five Nine. By participating, entrants grant Bank Five Nine a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use submitted information, including names and photos (if applicable), for marketing and promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
