Strawberry Yum Yum

  • 1 ½ pints stawberries, cut in quarters or smaller if desired
  • 2 angel food cakes
  • 1 can of strawberry pie filling (21 oz)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • 2, 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened


  1. Beat together cream cheese and sugar, fold in whipped topping
  2. Mix together cut strawberries and can of pie filling
  3. Tear 1 angel food cake into bite-size pieces in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (or disposable lasagna pan for easy clean up)
  4. Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the angel food cake
  5. Spread half the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese mixture
  6. Tear second angel food cake into bit-size pieces and layer on strawberry mixture
  7. Repeat steps 4 and 5
  8. Chill and serve (or eat it with a fork on your couch in front of the TV in sweatpants by yourself)
