Make Lives Better Monthly Contest Rules
Entry:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by commenting on the social media monthly post. (Either on the Bank Five Nine Facebook contest post or the Instagram contest post). By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the official rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements in the official rules. More than one entry is allowed per individual participating within this contest, as long as the entrant is not spamming the post. Use of multiple accounts by the same individual to enter is prohibited and such multiple entries shall be invalid. User must post as themselves. Bank Five Nine in its solitary judgment reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
Eligibility:
This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18.
Bank Employees, former employees, directors and officers of Bank Five Nine (or previously known as ‘First Bank Financial Centre’) and their direct family members are not eligible to win.
General:
Bank Five Nine reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice. For any reason, Bank Five Nine reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. In such event, no prize will be awarded.
Winner Selection and Notification:
One winner will be drawn each month from the combination of the comments on Facebook and Instagram monthly contest post. Winners will be notified and announced on the post. The winnings can either be picked up at a local Bank Five Nine branch or mailed. If mailed, Bank Five Nine is not responsible for delay in delivery or for lost mail. Contest winners that will be picking up their prize at a Bank Five Nine location can do so during regular banking hours. Inability to contact a winner, or not receiving their address after that winning, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner within 5 business days.
Prize:
Prize determination will be monthly.
Use of Contest Information:
All entries become the property of Bank Five Nine. Bank Five Nine reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
