Where is Mark Wednesday Official Contest Rules
Bank Five Nine is proud to bring you the “Where’s Mark Wednesday” Contest!
Entry:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting their answer in the comment section of the “Where’s Mark Wednesday” post. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the official rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements in the official rules. Only one entry, per Wednesday post, is allowed per individual participating within this contest.
Use of multiple accounts by the same individual to enter is prohibited and such multiple entries shall be invalid. User must post as themselves for their answers.
Bank Five Nine in its solitary judgment reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
Eligibility:
This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18 and to those within the Bank Five Nine service area. Bank Employees, former employees, directors and officers of Bank Five Nine (or previously known as ‘First Bank Financial Centre’), and their immediate families are not eligible to guess or win the Where’s Mark Wednesday contest. Odds of winning will be based on the number of guesses per “Where’s Mark Wednesday” post.
General:
Bank Five Nine reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice.
If for any reason, Bank Five Nine reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. In such event, no prize will be awarded.
Winner Selection and Notification:
One winner with a total of 5 lifetime wins, per household. First correct submission will win. Winners will be notified on social media within 3 days of the winner determination date. Unless otherwise specified, the prize will mailed. If mailed, Bank Five Nine is not responsible for delay in delivery or for lost mail. Contest winners that will be picking up their prize at an Bank Five Nine location can do so during regular banking hours. Inability to contact a winner, or not receiving their address after that particular winning, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize:
1 total prize, consisting of $10 by way of prepaid VISA card, will be awarded each Wednesday, with the exception of holidays.
Use of Contest Information:
All entries become the property of Bank Five Nine. Bank Five Nine reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy Notice:
By participating in this contest, you agree that Bank Five Nine can collect your personal information by form of Facebook Message to mail you your gift card, and that if we cannot collect the required data, you may not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Any personal contact information collected during the course of the competition by Bank Five Nine will only be used for administering this contest.
