Official Rules
Entry:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting the form in completion. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the official rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements in the official rules. Only one entry is allowed per individual participating within this contest. Use of multiple accounts by the same individual to enter is prohibited and such multiple entries shall be invalid. User must post as themselves.
Bank Five Nine in its solitary judgment reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
Eligibility:
This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18 and to those within the Bank Five Nine service area. Bank Employees, former employees, directors and officers of Bank Five Nine (or previously known as ‘First Bank Financial Centre’), and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
General:
Bank Five Nine reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice.
If for any reason, Bank Five Nine reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. In such event, no prize will be awarded.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Two winners. Winner(s) will be randomly drawn on November 14th. Winners will be notified via email and announced on social media within 3 days of the winner determination date. The winnings can either be picked up at a local Bank Five Nine branch, or mailed. If mailed, Bank Five Nine is not responsible for delay in delivery or for lost mail. Contest winners that will be picking up their prize at a Bank Five Nine location can do so during regular banking hours. Inability to contact a winner, or not receiving their address after that particular winning, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize:
(qty 4) tickets to Friday, November 25th showing of “It’s A Wonderful Life” at the Oconomowoc Arts Center and (qty 1) Bank Five Nine hot cocoa basket.
(qty 4) tickets to Saturday, November 26th showing of “It’s A Wonderful Life” at the Oconomowoc Arts Center and (qty 1) Bank Five Nine hot cocoa basket.
Use of Contest Information:
All entries become the property of Bank Five Nine. Bank Five Nine reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
