General responsibilities include:
- Using SBA loan software to prepare loan application documents
- Overseeing, ordering, and tracking due diligence items such as title policies, environmental reports, and tax transcripts
- Determining what items, if any, are missing from application packages
- Organizing application packages into a standardized electronic format.
- Scanning and uploading application documents to SBAs database for application submission
- Preparing and assembling SBA liquidation guaranty purchase packages
