Bill Moeller

Bill has been specializing in mortgage lending since March of 2000, working primarily in Southeastern Wisconsin. He also assists clients in financing second homes in Florida and Arizona.

It’s his mission to match clients up with programs that fit their individual circumstances. Whether a client is looking to purchase their first home, build a new home or buy before they sell, Bill will map out several scenarios to ensure that every client is making an informed decision.

“My favorite thing about being a mortgage lender is educating people on how a mortgage can be used as an effective tool towards their short and long term financial goals. Helping my clients reach a new chapter in their lives is a very rewarding experience,” said Bill.

Bill resides in Waukesha with his wife, daughter and son. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, fitness and auto racing.
