Business Online Banking Updates

To ensure you have the most recent version of the Bank Five Nine Business Mobile app, v 21.1.40 for Apple devices and v 21.1.40 for Android devices, refer to Additional Information within the Services and Info option of Bank Five Nine Business Mobile.

Apple is anticipated to release their newest Mac Operation system, Monterey (12), which is not yet compatible with Express Deposit. Additionally, a compatibility issue has been identified with the latest Safari update and Express Deposit. To avoid disruption to Express Deposit, please refrain from installing Monterey (12) or updating Safari to version 15 until you receive further notification from Bank Five Nine.

Soft Token Updates

To ensure you have the most recent version of the DIGIPASS for Business Banking app, refer to the “What’s New” section of the app description in the App store for Apple devices (v 4.21.1) and the “About this app” section of the app description in the Google Play store for Android devices (v 4.26.01).

CardValet Updates

To ensure you have the most recent version of the CardValet app, refer to the “What’s New” section of the app description in the App store for Apple devices (v 5.53.1) and the “About this app” section of the app description in the Google Play store for Android devices (v 5.53.1).
